Let the Lights Gym Sum

As part of our "Carbs, Cartoons, and Creatine" collection, our Gym Sum design showcases our love for fitness and food through the delicious cuisine dim sum.

So what is dim sum?

Traditionally served in restaurants as a breakfast/brunch meal, many of the modern dim sum dishes today originated in Guangzhou and are historically tied with Cantonese cuisine. Dim sum is served with tea and has a range of dishes that are provided in portions of many times steamed bamboo baskets.

Now found in many restaurants in the pockets of downtown cities, popular delicious dim sum dishes you can order include har gow (shrimp dumplings), siu mai (pork dumplings), fung zao (chicken feet), and xiaolongbao (steamed soup dumplings). Ranging from savory to sweet, you can satisfy any craving you have from the large range of delicious dim sum dishes.

Dim sum is a KFKF favorite post workout gainz dish. Dim sum is not only rich in flavor but also rich in culture and experience. If you've never had dim sum before, here is your sign to give it a try :D
